There are two paths to what awaits you here.
One leads into the water:
An infinity pool, heated all year round, which almost melts into the mountains on the horizon and is chlorine-free thanks to salt electrolysis. Next to it is the ALTA panoramic sauna, made of moon-phase wood, with a glass front that opens up views of the Dolomites. Then there are moon-phase wood loungers in the relaxation room, a tea bar and, in summer, a sunbathing lawn where the sun is stronger than you might expect.
The other path leads to hands
SilberQuarzit rituals based on traditional European medicine. Massages with mountain pine oil from the Val Sarentino/Sarntal valley. Facial treatments using vegan cosmetics from South Tyrol. This all weaves together to create a wellness hotel in the Dolomites with a single goal: your well-being.

INFINITY POOL and SAUNA
You stand at the edge of the pool and hesitate for a moment: should you lower yourself in slowly or just jump? Whatever you decide: the water envelops you like a gentle embrace. The steam rises, the Dolomites watch over you. The LOW MARINE infinity pool is heated all year round and is chlorine-free. The ALTA panoramic sauna has a glass front that reveals the mountain peaks. It’s almost as if someone had put them there just for you. The relaxation room is made of moon-phase wood and has a tea bar; in summer, it extends out onto the sunbathing lawn. What do you need to do? Just bring your sun cream. The place takes care of the rest.
TREATMENTS and RITUALS
Your back has been niggling for weeks. Or that spot on the rear of your neck that feels like a knot you can’t release on your own. At Friedrich, skilled hands are waiting to help. We use SilberQuarzit healing clay from the Val di Vizze/Pfitschtal valley, wild herbs from the mountains, and mountain pine oil from the Val Sarentino/Sarntal valley – all sourced locally. From a short, intensive partial-body massage after a day’s hiking to the 105-minute Primordial Stone ritual, which takes you deeper into a state of relaxation.
