Terra Medico mats are provided in all suites; in the Balance rooms, you can book them as an extra for an additional charge. They combine the benefits of silver quartzite with a special surface that stimulates pressure points on the foot. It’s best to use it for a few minutes in the morning after getting up and see what happens.
